...the before!so here it is: my new baby! i recently just finished up with suite three (a block down from the above location) and now we'removing on to the next remodel! i have one week to come up with a few sketches to present to the city for approval! yikes!
the first thing to come to mind this morning while outside staring at the building was...
BLACK AND WHITE AWNING! practically all of the buildings on the most traveled street in the downtown area are bland to say the least (besides the newly facelifted suite three, of course) so there is nothing more fitting than a bold awning to make you stop and stare! i google image searched for a few ideas and complied a few favs for your viewing pleasure :)
