Below are a few pictures of the current project I'm working on, as I mentioned in the previous post, I'm giving the building a much needed face lift and working on the design of the third floor law office (more on that in the future... sooo excited!) There is currently a lebanese restaurant on the first floor and another law office on the second floor, with the third floor uninhabited and a total disaster!

There is currently no elevator in the building so we are adding a lobby to the first floor with access to an elevator. Once the elevator is up and running the front of the building will be complete (due to the fact that the stairwell on the right side of the building is the only means of access to the second floor) and the doorway on the far right will then be converted to a window...

before... obviously!

The Grace Collection from Robert Austin Gonzalez is most certainly to die for! During one of my google image search sessions I came across of one of his works and later traced it to the innovative designer. I am currently working on the design of an office for a lawyer who is starting her own firm and found his designs to be perfect for the conference table. Although I have not inquired on the price of one of his designs, I'm quite certain the table would likely consume my entire budget! I'm now on the hunt for a local craftsman to make me a "knock-off" table... and so my search begins!
